At 139 Olive, we know every guest has a unique vision for their event, and we’re here to help bring that to life. With a curated list of trusted vendors and a selection of rentals to elevate your experience, we provide everything you need to create a celebration that feels truly yours.
We offer a variety of add-ons, including additional seating, tables, and decor, to ensure your event has everything you need. Our inventory is always growing, providing you with fresh options to enhance your experience at 139 Olive! Want an all inclusive package? We offer that too!

OUr Packages
When you rent 139 Olive you are renting the entire first floor and outdoor space.
All hosts receive an access code the day of their event. Leading up to the event our coordination team will ensure every detail planned ahead is noted and taken care of. We will set up the room in advance if you book any of our rentals.
Light cleanup is required (Trash, and personal decor takedown. Deep Cleaning is included in your final quote.)
No Pets Allowed
Outside Vendors that are not on our approved list must be approved. Please notify us of any vendors coming on the property.
Alcohol is permissable. (Wine, Beer, or light beverages.)
